Apartments, Eligibility criteria will consist of age and income as follows.
AGE: Single applicants must be 55 Years or older.
Incase of Couple, Primary applicant must be aged 55 or older
INCOME: Applicant must have income under 41,685 per year.
Couple applying must have combines income under $54,512 per year.

One Bedroom Apartment Starting at $950.00 Per Month.
Two Bedroom Apartment Starting at $1,050.00 Per Month.
